The project is divided into four stages and an attached stage.
The attached stage includes the completion of the neighboring subdivision (383 homes on 4.5 hectares), which we acquired undeveloped and integrated into the general project, given its proximity to the other stages.
The urbanization works began in December 2002, beginning with the attached stage, called «Continuation of the Fifth Section of Lomas Verdes», ending in September 2003.
In October 2003, the urbanization of the first stage of «Residencial Lomas Verdes» began along with Section II of our main highway (Boulevard Hernán Cortés), which connects Avenida Lomas Verdes with the junction Lomas Verdes of the Chamapa-Lechería highway .

Streets and Avenues with hydraulic concrete pavement.
Two deep wells which guarantee the provision of drinking water of up to 63 liters per second for the entire Development.
Separate pluvial and sanitary drainage systems. The sanitary drainage will be taken to two treatment plants and the rainwater to the Madín Dam.
Return network of recycled water at the foot of each lot for the use of garden irrigation, car washes and toilets, which will reduce drinking water consumption by up to 40%.

Borgo Frassino is a mixed type residential condominium with 16 houses and 10 Loft apartments. The project introduced an architecturally innovative and high-quality concept at affordable prices, designed for people looking to live in a safe and unique place in the area. At each stage of the project, we sought to work with leading firms and suppliers in their field, to focus our company’s objective, which is to improve the quality of life of our clients, in addition to adding value to our collaborators, communities and shareholders through a transformation positive of the urban environment.
The condominium has three types of houses. The 12 houses type A are developed on 3 floors and have 4 bedrooms, all with walk-in closet and bathroom, patio and 2 terraces for a total of 370m2. The 4 type B houses have an additional party room and on average have 400m2 with views of a Federal gorge. The 10 apartments are spread over 2 floors and have 3 bedrooms each with walk-in closets and bathroom for a total of 200m2 of construction. The first floor apartments additionally have 15m2 terraces. For the finishes we prefer to use natural stones, such as marble for the bathrooms and quarries for the patios, terraces and stairs. The condominium also has an amenities area equipped with kitchen and grill, gardens and bathrooms; It was planned with the idea of giving the condominium owners a pleasant green area, without having high maintenance costs.
Architecturally, the concept of a typical town in the State of Mexico was taken. These towns represent the most basic way in which the architecture validates the knowledge acquired in antiquity and evolving over time where rectangular plants, courtyards, sloping roofs with tile, regional stone, mud and plaster predominate. From this architecture we take the chromatic, formal and structural aspects reinterpreting them and giving added values to the time and to the end users.

These actions began to crystallize in 2003, when the resources committed by Road Impact in the area were exclusively used and under our supervision, for the complete repaving of the neighboring community, the Fifth Section of Lomas Verdes «La Concordia», covering more than 300 thousand square meters and directly benefiting more than 3,000 families.
Additionally and as a contribution to the most unprotected areas of Naucalpan, Grupo Lomas Verdes in 2004 drilled, equipped and donated to the municipal water operating agency a deep well for the extraction of drinking water, which currently benefits more than 2,500 families.
In 2005 the Emiliano Zapata school with a capacity for 700 students was inaugurated, in the Tierra y Libertad neighborhood of the Municipality of Naucalpan, built a 3,923 m2 site, the campus has 18 classrooms, a library and a computer room, as well as a building administrative, everything perfectly equipped. Recently, and based on the demand that the school has had, two additional classrooms with the same characteristics were built, increasing the capacity in 90 more children.
No more than four years passed when Grupo Lomas Verdes announced the inauguration of the Atenco Children’s Stay, located in the Colonia del Conde in the Municipality of Naucalpan. La Estancia Infantil has 17 classrooms and capacity for more than 400 children aged between 3 months old and 6 years old. Built on a 3,812 m2 site, it houses a dining room for 120 children, an industrial kitchen, a lactation room, administrative offices, psychology, early stimulation, a computer and multipurpose room. The delivery of this room was carried out perfectly equipped, down to the smallest detail.
Making classrooms is rewarding, a feeling that is only comparable when creating new green areas and this is part of the satisfaction of this company. The Lomas Verdes Bicentennial Park was inaugurated in 2019 and is located on an area of more than 100,000m2, an express place for family coexistence and healthy physical development.
The park has three playgrounds, two outdoor exercise areas, 7 multi-pitch fields, a 7-a-side soccer field with an administrative office, changing rooms and bathrooms, as well as synthetic grass and bleachers for more than 100 people, a kiosk for events, 2 kilometer jogging track, three shops, amphitheater and 1 kilometer cycle track.
